Please submit the completed permit application via email to: permits@townofoceanbreeze.org. Make the permit fee check payable to Town of Ocean Breeze and mail it to P. O. Box 1025, Jensen Beach, FL 34957, or it may be dropped off at the office which is located at 1508 NE Jensen Beach Blvd, Jensen Beach. If it is after hours, it may be placed in the locked mailbox outside the front door. If you have any questions, please call Pam Orr at 772-807-2557.
